Korean customers  pay a visit to CCEWOOL 

     On 24/Jan, Korean customerS- -Mr. Seo and Mrs. Kim visit CCEWOOL. The main purpose of them is to know well about CCEWOOL quality control process, and make sure CCEWOOL ceramic fiber products can improve the energy-saving effect. Also guarantee the furnace’s safety.

     Mr. Seo asks many details about CCEWOOL ceramic fiber quality control process. We controlled the raw material from the first beginning. All the kaolin clay is chosen from our own base. Burning the material by ourselves rotary kiln thoroughly, so that the impurity of material is reduced. We test the material when entering our factory, also store them in the special warehouse. It guarantees the material’s purity. That makes CCEWOOL ceramic fiber’s shot content is reduced much, so improves CCEWOOL Ceramic fiber’s tensile strength and thermal shrinkage characteristic. Also, we are the first ceramic fiber manufacturer which use inside needle technology, so CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket’s tensile strength is up to 0.07Mpa, 20% stronger than the similar products.
