In 2020, when the pandemic began, the city of Wuhan was closed, and later on, cities across China were closed one after another. At that time, it had a huge impact on various industries and all business were at a standstill. 

     It also had a great impact on our production. Since the lockdown of the cities was during the Spring Festival holiday, many of our workers were closed at home. CCEWOOL factory took various measures to gather some workers who live nearby and some workers who live in factory, and restarted some production lines to ensure basic production capacity, and tried our best to meet customers' requirement. 

     With the adjustment of the policy of closing cities, various places began to unblock gradually, CCEWOOL overcame various difficulties and organized workers to resume full production, which fully met customers' requirement. 

     At that time, due to the different pandemic conditions in different countries, our customers had specific requirements for early delivery, delayed delivery, etc. CCEWOOL expanded warehouse, and we offered free storage service for customers who want to postpone delivery. We also adjusted our production schedules and provided priority production service for customers who want to advance delivery date. All of which met customers' requirements to the most.
