Heating furnace included continuous furnaces, chamber furnace and so on.
Most continuous furnace is mainly used for heating the metal blank before rolling, forging and heat treatment for minorities.
Chamber furnace is applied for heating metal billet or ingot prior to forging.
Generally speaking, furnace refractory layer, thermal insulation layer, thermal insulation panels consists the furnace layer. The refractory layer directly withstands high temperature, furnace atmosphere and the erosion of the furnace media, the structural strength is mainly determined by the refractory lining layer.
Insulation layer mainly plays the role of thermal insulation, reducing heat loss in the furnace, so that the furnace shell temperature will not be too high.
Heating furnaces, industrial furnaces and boilers are high-energy furnace, consuming a large amount of resources. When the temperature of heating furnace for heating ingots is too high, flue gas will take a lot of heat, resulting in waste and lower thermal efficiency. There are several energy-saving solutions as below:
1. You can use CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket and CCEWOOL ceramic fiber modules as furnace lining, to improve thermal insulation effect, easy to install, economical and environmentally friendly.
2. Painting energy saving coatings in the inner wall of the furnace to increase the radiation rate of furnace wall refractories, accelerating the furnace radiation heat transfer.
3. Installing high emissivity barrel in the inner wall of the furnace also serves to improve the refractory furnace wall emissivity role and accelerates the furnace radiation heat transfer, to achieve energy-saving rate of 3% to 6%, but the disadvantage of this method is that the investment is too large, the cost recovery period is relatively long.
