CCEWOOL view - Car Annealing furnace
According the the current situations of refractory material, people usually use CCEWOOL ceramic fiber material (blanket/ module) as the furnace lining for low/ middle temperature car annealing furnace. And use mineral wool or glass fiber blanket as the insulation layer. Besides using ceramic fiber material, high temperature car annealing furnace also chooses CCEWOOL insulating brick or refractory brick and sticks ceramic fiber blanket on the surface.
It will take away a lot of heat when car annealing furnace preheated air, gas and burden fuel. In order to reduce the heat which is taken away by smoke, the best way is using smoke to preheat the air, gas and burden fuel. Preheated air, gas and burden means to reuse parts of heat in the furnace, it has obvious effect on strengthen combustion and saving material. With the improvement of air preheating temperature, the fuel saving rate is also increased. Use car type annealing furnace or change the chomper furnace to the one which have a preheating zone, and use the smoke to preheat the burden. It will reduce the the smoke temperature. For example: 1300℃ smoke though the preheating zone, the temperature is reduced to 900℃, the heat which is taken away by smoke is reduced 38%. If keep the heat effective of car annealing furnace, it will save 15% burden fuel.
