In a conventional boiler project, the furnace wall is divided into three parts: sealing, insulation and outer shield. However, the vibration of the boiler, abnormal positive and negative pressure, thermal stress, cold and hot expansion caused some difficulties to the seal and insulation. Especially large amount of boiler expansion, which gives the design of the furnace wall a big challenge. 1. Seal

     Seal is mainly steel, combs, expansion joints and other metal parts close to the heating surface air tightness welding, the maximum limit of flue gas leakage, reduce heat loss and prevent soot flying, avoid a lot of fouling, reduced steel load reduce high temperature corrosion hanger to ensure the work environment.

2. Insulation

     Divided into refractory and the insulation layer. Refractory layer generally used refractory castable and plastics, which has protective insulation material or metal sealing plate effect; the insulation layer chooses lightweight insulation material, such as CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket, CCEWOOL boiler used ceramic fiber board, so as to reduce heat loss of the heating surface.

3. The outer shield

     In the outer layer of insulation to protect against wind and rain and other insulation materials, it is protected by a metal plate and a wave plate, etc., called the outer shield, it also plays an important role in the whole boiler.

     Sealing and insulation properties of the boiler directly affect the thermal efficiency of the boiler, the coal consumption and protect the entire life of the boiler and the working environment.
