Application of ceramic fiber insulation module on heating furnace
This issue we will continue to introduce application of refractory insulation products on heating furnace.
(6) During the construction of ceramic fiber blankets, the longest side should be installed in the direction of the smoke stream; when the hot surface layer is ceramic fiber insulation module, all joints should be sealed butt joint structures.
The ceramic fiber blanket used for lining should be installed by butt joint, and the seam should be compressed at least 2.5cm. The seam should be staggered.
(7) The ceramic fiber insulation module should be installed in a vertical line with folded carpet and battens. The paving structure is only used for the furnace roof. During the construction of the ceramic fiber insulation module, each side should be compressed to avoid cracks due to shrinkage.
The ceramic fiber insulation module of furnace top should be designed such that the anchoring range should exceed at least 80% of the module width. Before installing the ceramic fiber module, anchors should be fixed on the furnace wall panel
The anchorage in the ceramic fiber insulation module should be installed at a maximum distance of 50mm from the cold surface of the ceramic fiber board
The anchor in the ceramic fiber insulation module should be at least 304 stainless steel.
