CCEWOOL Ceramic fiber blanket with aluminum foil is made by covering alumina foil on the ceramic fiber blanket on one side or both the four side. The bounding agent used enjoys excellent mobility and permeability so that the blanket and the alumina foil can bond tightly, evenly without any crease and separation.

CCEWOOL Ceramic Fiber Blanket with Aluminum Foil is manufactured using our proprietary inner-needle, double-sided needle-punched process, achieving a tensile strength in excess of 75 kPa for extended service life. We use European-standard aluminum foil at a thickness of 0.2 mm, rated M1 for fire performance under EN standards, and rated for service from -40 °C to 250 °C. In terms of safety and environmental compliance, it meets SGS RoHS and EU TUV LFGB testing standards and carries UL certification. Our product lineup includes blankets with one-sided foil facing, two-sided foil facing, and fully six-sided foil encapsulation.
