CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation is produced by melting high-purity clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, zircon sand and other raw materials in an industrial electric furnace at high temperature. Then, the melted raw material is spun into fiber through an imported high speed centrifuge, and through wool collection machine the fiber is made into CCEWOOL ceramic fiber bulk. CCEWOOL ceramic fiber bulk can be further processed into fiber blankets, boards, paper, cloth, ropes and other products.
