This order of CCEWOOL ceramic thermal insulation board is produced continuously with full automatic production line. The board being produced has advantages of accurate size, good flatness, high strength, light weight, thermal shock resistance and anti-flaking. It can be widely used in the insulation of kiln surrounding and bottom, fire blocking of ceramic kiln, process glass mold, etc.
This customer has purchased CCEWOOL ceramic thermal insulation board for many years. Ceramic fiber board ordered by this customer is not of regular size. At the beginning of cooperation, we tried and found out the loading method that can load the largest amount of ceramic fiber board. Then we made the loading map and kept record of loading method. Each time of loading we load the container according to the loading map.
