Introduction of ceramic fiber blanket insulation
The ceramic fiber blanket insulation is made of ceramic fiber wool produced by the electric resistance furnace blow molding process and processed by a vacuum forming process. It is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material made from a combination of high purity refractory oxide and organic binder. In addition to the excellent properties of bulk ceramic fiber cotton, ceramic fiber vacuum forming felt has good strength and elasticity and is a multifunctional product.
Characteristics of ceramic fiber blanket insulation
High compressive strength, long service life; low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity; non-brittle material, good toughness; accurate size, good flatness; easy to cut and install, convenient construction; excellent wind erosion resistance; continuous production, uniform fiber distribution , stable performance; excellent sound absorption and noise reduction performance.
