Application of CCEWOOL aluminum silicate fiber board in the new dry cement kiln is mainly in the following parts:

1. Preheater and decomposing furnace: in preheater and decomposing furnace, the fuel is burning mixing with the raw material. Furnace wall flue gas temperature is always controlled at below 1000C; the temperature from the first stage preheater to the fifth stage preheater to decomposing furnace is between 450C, 650C, 750C, 900C, 1000C, 1100C Between C. At such temperatures,refractory material does not require high refractoriness and strength. Due to the frequency and amplitude of temperature changes in preheater and decomposing furnace are small, so the requirement of refractory material’s thermal shock stability is not high. Due to characteristics above, choosing the CCEWOOL aluminum silicate fiber board with low thermal conductivity, can greatly reduce the equipment shell temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
2. Grate cooler: the third generation and the fourth generation grate cooler has gradually replaced the second generation grate cooler, the heat efficiency and the operation rate has been greatly improved, the kiln secondary air temperature has increased to 1200C, the tertiary air temperature into a decomposition furnace exceed more than 800C.
3. Kiln hood and tertiary air duct: the kiln hood is very high temperature parts, and this is also the refractory material often fails. By using CCEWOOL aluminum silicate fiber board can control the kiln wall temperature, reduce the work intensity.
