Aluminum silicate fiber module used in tunnel kiln

Aluminum silicate fiber module is produced on special machine with corresponding ceramic fiber blanket, according to fiber component structure and size. During processing,certain percentage of compression amount is kept to make sure when aluminum silicate fiber modules are built on the furnace lining the aluminum silicate fiber module can expand on different direction and crowd into a seamless whole. Ceramic fiber module can be fixed to the industrial kiln furnace shell by different kinds of anchors.
ⅡAdvantage of aluminum silicate module on flat top insulation structure
Density of aluminum silicate module is only 200kg/m3~260kg/m3, it is only 1/10 of the density of refractory fire brick. Ceramic fiber takes place of traditional refractory products like refractory fire brick, castable etc in steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry and makes contribution to energy saving and light weight of industrial kiln.

2. Good thermal insulation, energy saving and environmental protection performance. Thermal insulation performance is about 8 times of refractory fire brick. Greatly reduce the heat loss in furnace and enhance thermal efficiency. Greatly reduce the internal combustion of bricks.
3. Good thermal shock resistance. Ceramic fiber products have good thermal shock resistance. Does not crack or break under hot and cold circumstances.
4. Flat top structure. The ceiling structure of aluminum silicate fiber module is flat top structure and the gap is even between flat top structure and brick. And ventilation is uniform.
