     Binder is an important material to the success of furnace lining construction. Binders are in different  description from different factory. Generally 1260C ceramic fiber blanket and binder should be used in a complete set. Finished product binder should be sealed storage.While using, open and agitate to appropriate consistency.

1. Layer structure lining: anchoring and stick method

     (1) Anchoring method: 1260C ceramic fiber blanket’s adhesion force is small, in order to connect furnace body firmly, it is necessary to attached anchors. Anchors have anchor rod, fast clip and ceramic caps. Then put 1260C ceramic fiber blanket layer by layer with anchor on the furnace shell or fixed on the refractory material structure. High temperature resistant ceramic cap with big intensity and not easy to broke. After installed porcelain hat, fill in its hole with ceramic fiber containing adhesion agent in order to make anchor rod constitute a group.

     (2) Stick method: Using binder directly paste ceramic fiber blanket on the furnace skeleton. This way can save anchors, simple construction but it is necessary to remove the dirt and rust on furnace surface. On the refractory brick and refractory pouring, when binding 1260C ceramic fiber blanket should clear loose material, dust, debris and oil. Also paste surface should keep dry and level off to ensure the furnace lining doesn’t have lacunae.

2. The layer structure lining: string method and stick method

     (1) String method: Firstly wear string fixed parry plate and pin, check whether the cold welding is determined, then cut 1260C ceramic fiber blanket into same proportion of strip shape. Use the pin and pole to fixed it on the furnace shell.

     (2) Stick method: Pasting construction according to the scheduling structure to place neatly. In connection with supplementary blanket to replenish in case of fire leakage.
