The raw materials of CCEWOOL high temperature ceramic fiber boards are primarily composed of alumina (Al2O3) and silica (SiO2). Using fully automated CNC production equipment, these ceramic fiber boards outperform those made with traditional vacuum-forming processes in terms of stability, flatness, and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, the fully automated drying system completes an even and thorough drying process within 2 hours, ensuring superior product quality. The boards boast high compressive and flexural strength, both exceeding 0.3MPa, making them ideal for applications in demanding high-temperature environments.
This customer has been a long-term partner of CCEWOOL, consistently recognizing the quality of our products and services. For this order, the CCEWOOL high temperature ceramic fiber boards are packaged on fumigation-free pallets and in cartons. Each pallet is reinforced with 8 paper corner protectors and 6 packing straps, with stretch film wrapped around the products to protect them from damage or moisture during transportation, ensuring the highest quality is maintained.
The shipment of CCEWOOL high temperature ceramic fiber board is expected to arrive at the port around August 5. The customer is kindly reminded to prepare for receiving the goods to ensure smooth delivery.
